Who am I?
Hi, I'm Rosa!
I've been creating content independently since
May 2017, primarily on YouTube, where I've grown
my gaming channel to 228,000 subscribers,
and on Instagram, which currently has 21,600 followers.
In 2024, I decided to take a new
direction and began studying
Multimedia Design at
Erhvervsakademiet Aarhus. I'm now
looking for an internship where I can
apply my creative and digital skills.
Welcome to my portfolio!
Long-form
video content
My journey as a content creator started with long-form
content posted on YouTube. Throughout the years I've
posted more than 1500 long-form videos on gaming, books and lifestyle.
Let me take you through a few examples of my work:
The MTV show Teen Mom was very popular for a while, which inspired a wave of Sims house builds influenced by the show - including this one I did which has since amassed almost 1 million views on the platform. Additionally, builds have been a way for me to experiment with color theory as well storytelling through interior decorating.
Bookshelf tours are a popular and engaging content format on YouTube. I've created several over the years, using them to share my growing book collection as well as creating relatable, personality-driven content for my audience. Since my collection keeps expanding, the format continues to be an authentic part of my content strategy.
Challenges are a staple of Sims content. They're highly engaging and very trend-based and, to avoid getting lost in the sea of similar content, you have to be quick to jump on the trend. This one was a fun one to make, and it was very well received by the community.
A few years ago, a trend emerged in the BookTube community: 24-hour readathons. As the name suggests, participants spend 24 hours reading to see how many books they can finish. This is a video of my first readathon experience, designed to engage my audience with a fun, relatable challenge while showing my passion for books and storytelling.
Cozy vlog-style content is a core part of my "BookTube" channel. In this video, I documented a weekend trip to Copenhagen, bringing my audience along for a relaxed bookshopping experience. The focus was on creating authentic, atmospheric content that strengthens audience engagement and connection.
Rainbows-inspired videos were very popular in The Sims community for a period of time. With the release of mermaids, I created my own rainbow-inspired video. The girls were quite fun to create and it ended up doing well with the audience.
Short-form
video content
As short-form content became increasingly popular on SoME, I expanded my content to include this format as well - primarily on Instagram, but also occasionally on YouTube. Below are some of my favorite reels that highlight my approach to visual storytelling on my own platform:
Content collabs &
long-term partnerships
I have been very lucky to be able to work with so many amazing brands throughout my years as a content creator. These are some of the more well-known brands I've worked with, but there are many more that I haven't included here.
photo content
One of my favorite side projects is my Instagram - it's one of my cozy spaces I've built around books, stories and the occasional lifestyle post. It's a space where I can connect with a like-minded community and share content rooted in visual storytelling and atmosphere. Community-building has always been one of my favorite parts of content creation, and Instagram allows me to combine creativity with just that.
